AUST Hosts Aerobics Fitzone Session

The African University of Science and Technology (AUST), Abuja, invites its students, staff, management and the general public to its Aerobics FITZONE SESSION slated to hold on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024 @ the Aerobics site, besides the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Games Village, Abuja. The time for the fitness exercise is 7am.

According to the event organizer and AUST Students Affairs Coordinator, Nsima Ekanem -Joseph, this energetic and fun-filled fitness session  would energize participants body and mind,
connect them to our students, colleagues, and their families as well as act as one of the Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR) of the university.
