Prof. Onwualu used that opportunity to invite the Honorable Minister formally to the conference and to further seek for the ministry's support more especially in mobilizing key government parastatals under his ministry to contribute to the success of the event.
In his words " STICOMMS poses as a bridge between policy and practice, and we believe that with your support, the much needed gap between research feats, how they are reported and the utilization of these feats in tackling national challenges would to a large extent be a thing of the past hence our appeal for your ministry's support”
