AUST, Minds And Emotions Center Partner HAVOSOFT In Human Capacity Building

The African University of Science and Technology (AUST), Abuja and the Havosoft Information Technology Company, Abuja are to collaborate in the training and retraining of personnel in the health sub sector in the area of mental Resilience for Peak Performance.

This was disclosed when AUST team led by the Director of Academic Planning, Dr. Abdulhakeem Bello paid a courtesy visit to Havosoft Information Technology Company in Area 2, Garki, Abuja recently.

In his brief remark, Dr. Bello said the   AUST team came to explore windows of collaboration between the two organizations for their mutual benefits.

He gave an overview of the university more especially in the area of short courses being presently offered by the university and called on the management of Havosoft to embrace them as a way of improving the efficiency of their work force.

Responding, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Havosoft Information Technology Company,  Mr. Rock Adote   thanked the AUST team for the visit and the  opportunities being offered.

He promised on behalf of his organization to partner with AUST in some of the short courses being offered especially the forthcoming Mental Resilience and Peak Performance short course.

Dr. Bello Abdulhakeem who led the AUST team was accompanied on the tour by Dr. Vitalis Anye, Coordinator of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs and Acting Dean, School of Engineering and Mrs Buchi Ekpolomo, Chief Librarian, AUST.
